This in-person 200-hour training is designed for students who want more than choreography. Over nine immersive weekends, you’ll build a strong, embodied foundation in movement, breath, philosophy, and the subtle energetics that give yoga its depth and meaning.

Throughout the program, you’ll study asana, anatomy, and sequencing alongside the chakra system, yogic philosophy, and trauma-aware teaching principles. You’ll learn how to hold space, use language with intention, and move from memorization into understanding — on and off the mat.

This training is as much about personal transformation as it is about learning to teach. You’ll graduate with clarity, confidence, and a grounded relationship to your own practice — and the option to step into teaching from a place of integrity and authenticity.
