220 Hour Reboot

In your first YTT, you were learning pose names, sequencing, anatomy, philosophy and how to hold a room, all at once. Most of it flew by. You kept what you could and figured out the rest on your own.

The Reboot is our full 220-hour immersion again, with everything you know now. You already have the basics, so you can actually take in the teaching skills, the philosophy and the practice you didn’t have room for the first time.

This is for DDY grads coming home, teachers who trained somewhere else, and anyone whose training happened on a screen and who wants to learn to teach in a room full of real people.

Our experienced faculty has curated a transformational, high-level program designed for teachers who want to refine their craft, expand their influence, and teach with depth, artistry, and soul.

Over nine in-person weekends, you’ll train with Shelley Carroll, Elizabeth Rowan, Lisa Rolf and our full faculty of specialists in anatomy, trauma-informed teaching, the Bhagavad Gita, mantra, meditation and more, alongside a brand-new cohort.

You’ll sharpen your cueing and sequencing, learn hands-on adjustments with consent at the center, and sit with the Yoga Sutras, the Hatha Yoga Pradipika and the chakras.

Most importantly, you’ll teach. Every weekend you’ll practice, teach real people, get feedback and grow, and you’ll graduate with a new 220-hour yoga teacher certification from Dancing Dogs Yoga.
